With the new technology of DNA testing, some people are having a second look at court cases. In some instances, people who were convicted of a crime are having their cases appealed and overturned due to new DNA evidence. These kinds of tests have an extremely high accurate rate, almost to the point to where these tests are foolproof. The costs of DNA tests are well worth the price of letting an innocent person have the have their freedom back again.
