Its Adkin's, its south Beach, or its starvation! Diets are so gimiced out, I am sick of it. I eat super healthy, and work out I naturally have a thin build so I don't have to try hard. If your over weight or just wanna lose a few pounds. Don't take pills, or fall into a bunch of popular diet. Create your own diet...Each healthy and exercise. Don't fast or drink energy drinks to burn calories. It take decipline and knowledge to lose it. The reason celebrities lose so much so quickly is because they hire a nutritionist and work out everyday. Most diet plans are for specific to the person. You should fall into these sale traps until you talk to your doctor. They can be addicting and dangerous.
