If God could create the world as we know it in 7 days, then somehow I should be able to turn my life around in 30. Picture it: Florida, 1983. A little black boy is born into a low-income family of 5 and not a degree amongst any of them. Growing up in a not-so-well-off-or-safe neighborhood, this kid held a high place in his family's heart. They knew he'd be the first in college. They knew he'd grow up to be somebody special.
Fast forward a quarter of a century and he's still in school. Set to graduate with dual degrees, but with no life plan. His resume is stellar except for the lack of actual work experience. He may land an okay job when he graduates in a few months, but his financial instability may have him homeless before he can even finish his classes. Too proud to beg for money and too lazy to get out and get it. What does he do? He starts a blog.
