Dateline NBC catching child predators

If you are a fan of Dateline, than you know they are taking children's internet safety seriously.

I have been watching this show on and off for months now, and I am amazed at how many men were caught. Being that we live in a modernized culture, I am shocked that so many men would try to meet an underaged female for sex. Shocked.

For example, in Southern California, 50 men showed up in 3 days believing they were meeting an underage girl for sexual contact. To me, this is unacceptable. If this happened during an investigation, what is really happening in America when there is no investigation.

Even though I am not the parent of a daughter, this is frightening to me. Teenage girls are not equipped with the right mind set to make decisions like these. Especially, when they are up against the mind of a sexual predator. And even though more and more parents are getting really active about internet safety, it makes me wonder if that is enough.
