I found a site on the internet for making dandelion wine. I didn't find anything on the site to explain why the corks keep popping of the bottles of wine that I made. I suspect that the fermentation process is not yet done.
The wine smells good and I a tempted to give it a taste test but it is supposed to age for a minimum of 6 months. According to this site you can even make dandelion champagne! A project for next year perhaps.
