Cut Your Consumption

So an ambassador from one of the oil countries has questioned the President's remarks about our oil consumption and addiction to oil and gas? The ambassador of this foreigh country clearly seems to think that he or they have a right to question our national policy concerning oil products. Perhaps he thinks that the President or Congress should confer with foreign rulers before setting policy?

This goes back to what the President said about addiction. The dealer on the corner knows you are going to show up....and buy what he has....you have convinced yourself that you need it. "The Marboro Man" knows you will be in the store, buying that carton of "cancer sticks"....you think you need them. We have sold our soul to the oil countries for so long that they think that we can't live without them either.

I urge each one of you....and tell your friends......reduce your consumption and reliance on gas and oil. Even if its just one gallon a week....start somewhere! Break your addiction! If we all do this thing together, we can make a huge difference Kind of like AA....only maybe GA...Gasaholicks Anonymous. Lets kick this thing in the butt!
