Now that I've paid off one of my credit cards, the inevitable has happened. My credit limit has increased. While most people consider this a good thing, it's something I'd rather avoid. I am not too good with credit, which is how the thing got charged up in the first place.

Still, it may be good. You often can't travel without a card, because places want to be sure you won't wreck their hotel room or car. And if you can travel, it's difficult, or the accomodations are less than desirable. We've got a couple of big things we have to pay off this year, but with some careful planning and saving, I might be able to go back to London on vacation next year, and that credit card will come in handy then.
