Working on my 95 GMC Z-71 and need input

I just did some work on my truck. Changed the timing chain, new water pump, and other items. Completed the work and took it for a test drive. It ran great for about 5 miles then just died. Got it back home and checked all electrical components. The motor turns over, but it just wont start. Losing spark somewhere. Does anybody have an idea?
