Midlife crisis at forty????

Could it be possible that I am going through a mid life crisi at age forty.?I hit forty last year and since then my thoughts and opinions have changed. I am the mother of two boys that are the loves of my life. My husband is here but is not attentive at all. I am starting to care about my appearance and not letting a lot bother me anymore. I got another earring in the top part of my ear. I am thinking about getting a tattoo. I have heard of men going through the midlife crisis and getting sportscars and earrings etc. Can a mom of two really go through it? Stay tuned.
