A Los Angeles law enforcement official has stated they plan to charge Michael Jackson's doctor, Conrad Murray with manslaughter by way of a criminal complaint, rather than the usual procedure of going through a secret grand jury.

The late entertainer, Michael Jackson, died on June 25 2009 from an anaesthetic overdose.
