How do you make money doing this?
I have signed for adsense and there still isn't any money, i just don't know how this works? Do you get paid if someone clicks on your blog or the ad it shows in between?

Reread the agreement with Adsense, hon. You get paid when people visit the ad sponsor pages direct from your blog.
Adsense and BloggerParty
Adsense is shared 50-50. Everytime someone views your blog there is a 50% chance that you Adsense ID will be shown. The more you blog the more your Adsense Ads are shown. Clicking is probable and that is where you make the money.
