Computers are a person's best friend!!!!

[b]I own a desktop computer which is an emachines brand.Now,i am not too fond of writing blogs about computers,and little bit of what i know i can share with you guys while you are reading this blog.

Computers come in handy alot of times during our lifestyle.We can print out things that we need to take to show at the office,or we can play internet games while we are at home from work,Or we can blog and do what we are doing now and earning money from it.Computers come in handy alot of ways.But,sometimes they can be a real pain in the bottom when we have a problem with them.Sometimes,we may need to do a full system restore on our computer to wipe off all of the data that has on it.A person should do a full system restore about maybe twice throughout the year to keep the computer safe,clean with no viruses that are sneaking around our computers.And than sometimes also we need to defragment our computer.Keeping our computers maintained and clean with unused applications can and will make our computer go faster.Always check your cookies in your in the folder.Clean the cookies and the temporarily internet files everytime before you shut your computer down for the night.This will keep all of the cookies from cluttering up your cookie file.Also,do a scan about once a week to keep a checkup on your computer while you are surfing the internet.Keeping a close watch on your computer from viruses can be a great deal of help.Also,keep your virus software up to date with the latest software that it has.If you are on the internet alot,i suggest scanning your computer at least twice a week to keep a checkup on viruses and trojans.I once caught a trojan virus and it took me forever to get rid of it.But now since i've removed the trojan,my computer has been performing better.Viruses can also fry your computer's hard drive if the right one gets into your computer.The trojan that i had was the trojan dropper.Which drops other small trojans into your computer without you knowing it,and can damage your computer severely if not looked about.

Also,if you have a broadband high speed connection to the internet,but your modem has no turn off button to turn off your connection,always unplug your modem if you do not have no turn off switch on it.My modem is like this way,and everytime i shut my computer down,i either turn the modem off,or i use McAfee's software to put a lockdown on my computer,stopping any traffic coming into my computer while it is off,and while i am not on the computer.I once was told by a friend of mine,that if your modem does not have no switch off button,than intruders can get into the computer's files and either steal private information or drop a virus on your computer.So,now i put a lockdown on my system from McAfee's software.Which is very helpful.But before i had McAfee software,i would unplug my modem everytime i would shut my computer down.Other tips about your computer is to never leave your computer on all night,which this causes the computer to keep running,and number one can catch a virus without you there to control it,or can keep running and wear out the system eventually.I try to keep my computer in the best shape that i can so i don't have no problems with it while i am online.I always try to add more security software to my computer also to help protect it even more better and be less vulnerable of getting a virus on my computer.There are bunch of free virus softwares out there that are free to download and help protect your computer just as good as if you would buy one from the store.Just google free virus software and than you will find a bunch of links to check out.But always make sure that you read all about the virus before you download any from the internet to your computer.Never can be too sure of what you are getting into without reading it first.I hope this helps some on how to keep your computer safe,and clean from viruses.I know how it is to go without your computer.It totally sux badly!
