This is just a short post to claim my blog for Technorati. It's 2:30 AM and I've gotten my sleep schedule all out of kilter again. Someday soon I'm going to have to stay up all night and all day to get myself back in synch. I hate it when I do this. It's just a complete lack of self-discipline - not making myself put the book down and go to bed - or turn the computer off an go to bed. You'd think I would be old enough to know when to go to bed. Sheesh!

Knowing the time for going to bed

:-) You make me smile... coz I remember I have fights with my gradmother over this issue. Well, naturally she si much older than you, and I cannot compare the two of you from this point of vue. But still, a more tolerance from her part would be aspected, as wisdom and understanding is supposed to come with aging.

Well, she is allways fighting with me and asking me to turn the computer off and go to bed. She completelly ignores the fact I have inspiration at night.

So, if you don't fill like turning the computer off is not that you don't know when to go to bed, but maybe you have your own specffic timing. So don't to hard on yourself.

LOL Thank you, Rhea.

Unfortunately, the rest of the world forces me to be up early in the morning. I'm such a grouch when I don't get enough sleep. Otherwise, I think I wouldn't worry so much about when I get to bed.

How about sleepimng in the after noon?

Or a taking a little nap from time time. This should do the trik.

I didn't quite experienced myself this, but I've heared some people take a very short nap when they are too stressed or overwelmed by situation, and this very short sleep does really make them feel more relaxed.

The trick is to sleep exactelly in the moment Morpheus comes to you.

If I remember well, Balzac and Rembradt did like this. In fact, teh last one was sleeping for several short moemnts and he woke up when the paint-brush felt from his hand.

Well, you may think I'm making funny here, but I'm not. Tose people were not sleeping coz they were very tyred but because, somehow thyr body was adapted to theyr speciffic situation and activity program.

And what I've told you are scientific facts, this kind of special sleep is studied by scientist because thsoe people were feeling totally relaxed after it.

As I said I didn't much experienced this kind of sleep, so I can't say much about it from my own experience. But I can say, there were moments when this phenomenon happend with me too. And it is really cool.

Rhea, I've read several things about naps being

good for you - even for your heart. It is definitely something to keep in mind.
