Cell phones are so popular nowadays....

[b]Cell phones are so popular these days.I can remember when they first started out,how unpopular they were.Back in the old days,people didn't even have phones at all.I remember my grandmother always saying to me that when she was growing up in Arkansas,they didn't have telephones to communicate like they did at the time she told me this.She said,that her father had to go work in the cotton fields all day,and that if any of the children were sick,mother would have to do the best that she could with them.Back than,my grandmother's mother knew alot about healing ways through home remedies and stuff.So she never had to call for a doctor.Which back than,the doctors were coming to people's houses for curing the sick people.When my grandmother said that they first got the phone in her home with her husband,which was my grandfather,she said that she was scared to use it,afraid that she would tear it up or something.I guess back than,everybody was like that.

SO now,we all have our little cell phones,in our pockets.I wonder sometimes what the older folks back in the old days would think about our phones now?lol i've had my cell phone now i guess for a year.And each day that i wake up,i feel like i've got to have it with me.So,i take it everywhere with me and it is there.To think about the thought of cell phones,i am sort of glad that they did come out.It does come in handy and when someone needs to get ahold of you,they are right there at your fingertips.But i think that the technology for cell phones have gone a little bit of hectic since they started the new stuff added on the phones.I mean,why can't they just let it be one cell phone and not add so many features on it to confuse some people?One of the people that get confused about the features on cell phones is me.LOL :P I am always tinkering around with my cell phone trying to learn the whole new thing about it that it has to offer on it.But on alot of the things that it does have,i don't understand worth a flip what they stand for,and what they mean.I just use it to place only calls to my friends and my family,and that's that!LOLBut,other than the new features that the phones have on it,i like them some part of it.:)
