Catfish Chokes On Soccer Ball!

First, I'm fine! Second, it's not every day that there's a news story that has your name in it, whether it's your real name or your pretend name.

In this case, I'm talking about a news story, so to speak, of a catfish in Germany that tried to eat a soccer ball, got it stuck in its mouth, and, well, that was that. Police are speculating that it might have been trying to commit suicide after Germany lost to Spain 1-0 in the soccer championships; of course that's tongue in cheek for those who are comedy-challenged.

What a story, eh? It must have really been a slow news day in Germany.

How many years ago did you leave Spain? :-) Congrats anyway; from what I hear, both teams were a surprise to be in the final game.

The dreaded Germans and the Spaniards have been going at it for literally centuries....Spain is just so much more of a very cool place! PLUS let's not forget that they have ALWAYS (in my shoddy memory) been a better team! Real Madrid is kick ass! I can't believe I missed this game!%@&*%E@#%%##@ Sheesh! I need to stop working so much and focus on life a tad more:D

and, you know, we focus so much over here on the anti-American sentiments we hear so much that we forget the Europeans have their own reactions towards each other from time to time.

I also have to admit that I hadn't realized catfish were all over the world either; I might have to think of more worldly travel for myself.
