Can Osama bin Laden be in Pakistan ?

terrorism

In a recent " Meet the Press" Program, Thomas Kean, the Chairman and Lee Hamilton, the Vice Chairman of the Sept 11/2001 Commission gave out some interesting statements.

They stated that the Pakistani Government is giving some help but not doing enough in the war against terrorism.

They stated that the US is now involved in three wars, one in Afganistan, second in Iraq and the third is the War against terrorism.

While protecting the American people against terrorism on its own soil as elsewhere is very important, he said the national priorities are on IRAQ as the US Govt is spending millions of dollars to maintain and sustain the troops in that country. Naturally the priority for the war against terrorism is not having that much prirority right now, even though it is equally important.

In the same" Meet the Press" program, Hamilton said the possibility of Osama Bin Laden being in Pakistan can not be denied.

He also addressed the issue of the radicalization of Islamic world, every where and that there are angry young muslims who hates the American way of life and the West in general. This radicalization of the muslim community is getting spread and scattered over the world and leads to terrorist activities leading to destruction of life and property.
