The gossip is that she was having a girl because she was buying girl clothing. I know she said before that they were not going to find out ahead of time. I think that what probably really happened is that she bought all the girl stuff because A) she can afford it and B) cover her bases in case it was a girl.

I can't imagine not knowing - under those circumstances where I think she probably very much wanted a girl, I think I'd need some time to get used to the "two boy" idea. But then again, maybe if you wait the thrill of having a healthy baby overrides it all.

Brenna, I can't imagine not knowing either. Everyone asked me whether we planned on finding out, and I think the look on my face must have said, "What? Are you crazy?!? Of course I'm finding out!"

I used to think I'd want it to be a surprise because I like surprises, but it turned out that it WAS a surprise - just one I found out sooner rather than later :)
I can't imagine two kids under the age of one. Please tell me this girl stops now, at least for a while. It isn't good for her body or the kids.

My neice is the same way.
My neice is the same way. She's pregnant with her second, and her first isn't even a year old. It's possible that hers are going to be spaced more closely together than Britney's even.
LOL! Neither one of my kids wanted me to know. When I was pregnant with my daughter, a student doctor from somewhere in Africa was checking me out before the doctor came in. It was the appointment where we were supposed to find out if it was a boy or a girl. The doctor told me that the baby had its legs crossed, and she couldn't tell. I poked my tummy and told the baby, "Come on kid! Be a floozy!" The doctor started laughing, and then she realized that English was not the student doctor's first language. We spent a few minutes trying to figure out how to explain what a floozy was. Once we got the message across, she had a look on her face that seemed to say, "I don't get what having loose morals has to do with whether it's a boy or girl." ROFL!!!

Both of my kids have been very cooperative
They both spread their legs and made it very obvious. Which was nice of them :)
