BREAKING NEWS: Nick Lachey’s NEW WOMAN!! JESSICA ALBA?

In Touch magazine reports that Nick Lachey bought a $300,000 house in Cincinnati with his father just before Christmas, and the two of them plan to spend time renovating it together. Compaired to Jessica Simpson’s 3 MILLION dollar home, this seems pretty insignificant.

Although Nick appears to be excited about this change of pace (YEA RIGHT!!!) he says he does have time to look for new love. When asked by a reporter for Elle magazine, Lachey says, "Jessica Alba's beautiful. So is Eva Mendes." But he also wants his new woman to be chaste.(WHAT EVER!). "I'm all for 10 (sexual partners) and under, but, of course, as you get older, that number becomes less realistic."
It gets even worse – he continues to say that his new girl HAS TO LOVE his music!!! : "I hope that she'll at least respect my music. If she didn't like it, I could live with that.", Nick states.

What is Jessica Albas opinion of all this – thus far she has not commented!

In another interview with Elle magazine, Nick Lachey admits that he used to put on Jessica Simpson's shoes and walk around in them, saying: "It was sort of a kinky thing we liked to get into."
Other revelations from Lachey, in the interview include him owning up to "typically (being) an overly sensitive person, I lay my heart out there too often." For instance, he tells Elle, "I've never been shy about crying. Sometimes we're so scared of our emotions that we rob ourselves."
Among his emotional admissions: He still thinks his ex is the sexiest woman he's ever seen. He's also a proponent of candid conversation. "I haven't even realized my full dirty talk potential," he claims.
So what was the REAL reason for the “Big Split‿?
According to People Magazine, The two camps offer different explanations for what went wrong and when. While Simpson's camp says that she was fed up with her husband's partying ways and his refusal to join her family in Texas for Thanksgiving, and that the pair decided to split after an argument the day before Thanksgiving, Lachey's side tells a different story.

One source close to Lachey says that following dinner with pals at an L.A. eatery on Nov. 22, Simpson blindsided her husband on the car ride home. "She said, 'I don't know if this is working. I want to file for divorce,'" says the source. "He was shocked. Nick was saying, 'There are things we can do to work on this, and isn't this worth fixing?' And the answer was 'no'."

The next day, say several sources close to Lachey, Simpson asked if Lachey would still join her family in Texas. He refused, and the couple issued the statement confirming their split. "I know for a fact there wasn't one event that brought it about," says another source close to Lachey. "I think it was a general growing apart, as in most marriages. It's very rare that it's just one thing that causes people to break up. It's usually over time a slow growing apart."
