brain needs to poop: in need of mental fiber

I have thoughts indigestions, my brain needs to poop but at times lacks the capacity to do so, I need mental fiber, who do I get it from, I dont have direct sources anymore, anyone I know who sells it i presume dead, I even lost my box of supplies. The spoils need to come out sometime, I pray that it doesnt come out in a grand splatter, Never did I want to be know as the great shit maker.
