Boy calls 911 to be turned away

I was watching television this morning and came across this story about this little boy that called 911, because his mother had passed out. Now the little Turner boy called and told the operator that his mother had passed out and the operator was asking to speak to an adult and that she was going to send the police over there, but no one never showed up. I can imagine that the kid was scared there all in the dark and didn’t know what to do. He called back three hours later to get another operator to say that his mother passed out. The operator said let her speak to an adult and the little boy said no one was there, that his mother had passed out. She then starts to threaten to call the police on the boy if he doesn’t stop playing on the phone. I guess she sent the police over there to talk to the boy about playing on the phone and the police found the woman there dead. That woman did not do her job when It came to an emergency call child or not. The first time he called if he was playing or not was to send the police over to see what was going on and now by her being so irresponsible a child’s mother died. It really makes you think, what if there was an emergency in your home and you child had to call on your behalf and an operator didn’t believe him or her?
