Body Clutter is the newest book from Flylady, about taking care of your body and your health.
I have not yet read or seen this book, so I can't comment on it yet - has anyone else seen it? What do you think?
I did find a very useful tool, though, on her website - Flylady.net - that you can use to track your daily activities, sleep, food and water intake, etc. Here is a link to that tool, it's called Body Clutter Investigator.
