RSS is a format for syndication. Syndication is used mainly by news sites and personal blogs. With syndication, people can subscribe to your RSS "feed" and read it in various news aggregators.

Your personal feed is located at http://www.bloggerparty.com/blog/your-username/feed replacing "your-username" with your actual username.
