I usually get about 3 to 4 hours a night sleep I get home late and leave early. By the time I get home it takes me a few hours to settle down when I come in and get a shower and ETC. Then about once a month it will catch up with me and I will need to get some much needed rest.

There are times where I crave for certain types of food. Sometimes I crave for chocolate for a month. I eat them like there's no tomorrow. Other times I crave to nuts. There are other cravings and they seem to run in cycles.
