If you maintain a blog, enjoy posting, and have no compunction about the ethics of blog advertising, this is a very good way to realize a small income stream. The company exhibits a willingness to reply quickly to email inquiries, and although it is sometimes difficult to communicate with them "live" via telephone, their email responses are quick and personal.

A Real Jewel of Information

COUP | Gringo Honasan | networking

My website contains my personal blog meanderings, and I am a participant of blogging for money. Many articles that I write, which are pieced together from separate blog entries, are very personal experiences, and the following article also involves my history.

I believe marriage is a great institution and have, therefore, embraced it more than once. Each time is as different as the options involved in buying an engagement ring, which brings us to the website of reference, Http://www.AbaziasDiamonds.com/. This website not only offers many discounted purchase options, but gives the prospective buyer a short tutorial on the "ins and outs" to be aware of before deciding which option fits their needs. This is no hype or sales gimmick, but an honest approach at satisfying the prospective buyer.

Window Blinds by Guaranteed Blinds.com

advertisement | blogging | Make Money

This is my first blog entry that is written as an advertisement, but nevertheless, is a true personal experience. The product I refer to, window blinds, was a cost consideration for the home we purchased in Mississippi. We were told that the builder would furnish and install our window blinds for a cost of $100.00 per window. We chose to buy and install them ourselves, and did a lot of research, both on the internet, and with trips to local suppliers.

Medicare, Government, and Senior Citizens

gripe | personal opinion | Truth

Neither Medicare, nor any current Government program, addresses the realities of Senior Citizens, including the ridiculous prescription medication "help".

The confusion is deliberate. It is designed to save the Fed's money. I worked for a mortgage loan company for a few years, and the Government programs remind me of these wonderful creative lending programs for homeowner's that are hyped to be to the consumer's advantage. Yeh, right. And the advice from your financial advisor will depend entirely on which greed he/she is sleeping with.

Update: Lung Cancer Successfully Removed

Health | personal | surgery

Saturday, May 13, 2006- Please enjoy the site. I haven't felt like posting , but I'm feeling much, much better. I would say I have recuperated about 85%, and my post-op pain is negligable. My breathing is still not back to normal, but improving daily.

Kristy, my daughter from OK, and her family, are visiting this Tuesday, and we are going to take a trip to Gatlinburg together. Everyone is very excited about it. We will stay Wed., Thurs., Fri., and come back Sat. The two youngsters, Addison and Braily, could change our schedule, but we hope they will have plenty to keep them busy and entertained. More later.

Term Life Insurance is Still a Viable Option

insurance | investing | protection

In a moment of candor, he had made a rather tasteless remark concerning financial advisers, until he remembered that at one point in time he had become involved with an investment company which offered the most plausible solution to insurance coverage that he had been exposed to.

This was mid 1970's, and because of family connections to life insurance, his exposure was typical for that period of time. Whole life insurance was the order of the day, with some term coverage for special applications.

Updates- Very personal stuff, but good information

Tuesday, June 27, 2006- We drove to Tupelo today for my appointment with Dr. Kalish, my Urologist. This was a follow-up of the PSA test which was 0.92. Because I thoroughly researched the internet for my treatment options for prostate cancer, and declined to heed the advice of Dr.Kalish who advised me to follow the 'tried and true' method and take hormone ablation treatments and photon radiation, thus rendering me impotent, and instead I took NO hormone ablation treatments and took PROton radiation treatments at Loma Linda Hospital in CA, rather than the photon beam radiation method , thus leaving my testicles functioning and my love-life near normal, Dr. Kalish has been less than overjoyed to see me. Today, he sent a female nurse to examine my sex organs and give a digital exam of my remaining prostate, which apparently has shrunken because of the radiation. This has reduced the pressure on my urethra and I have enjoyed a respectable stream without the need to get out of bed 2 or 3 times at night. In short, I am really doing wonderful, despite the ailments I have endured. Now, back to planning the weekend of the 4th.

Is this Coincidence? Or do the Dots Connect? Part 5

Connections | reality | Suspicions | Truth

Friday, April 7, 2006- We met with Dr. Talton at his office in Tupelo about 10:00AM. All of the reports have confirmed a green light for the surgery, so there is no good reason for delay.

I will check into the hospital at 9AM Tuesday, and the surgery will take place about noon. The length of the operation depends on the results of the biopsy, but shouldn't exceed a couple of hours. Dr. Talton assured me that the maximum amount of sedation and the minimum amount of catheter will be used.

Is this Coincidence? Or do the Dots Connect? Part 4

Connections | reality | Suspicions | Truth

Wednesday, April 5, 2006- The brainscan results were normal, and I will see the thoracic surgeon about 9:30 AM Friday. My headaches have kept me in a great deal of pain. They are not always continuous, but come in waves or stabbing type pain. I have never in the past had many headaches, but this sure makes up for it. The medicines I am taking such as hydrocodone, make the pain more bearable, but it doesn't go away. He also has me on Elevil, and is increasing the dosage in low increments, and I am still taking the gabapentin. He is hooking me up with a Neurologist, but we will have to wait and schedule around the surgical procedure, which I hope takes place next week. As always with cancer, the sooner it is eradicated the better the odds of beating it. I feel confident that this episode will not be the cause of my demise, but is has delayed my meeting with ET. First things first.

Is this Coincidence? Or do the Dots Connect? Part 3

Connections | reality | Suspicions | Truth

Tuesday, March 28, 2006- We went to a cardiologist, Dr. Hill, in Tupelo, today, and will go back Thursday morning for a stress test. The results will determine the next step. Dum, de, dum, dum.......

Monday, March 27, 2006- Today we are going to see Doctor Talton, a thoracic surgeon, in Tupelo, about the small spot on my lung X-Ray and PET Scan. I will probably have the tumor or whatever removed sometime next week. The spot appears very localized and we anticipate a minor and less invasive surgical procedure, with complete success. The tumor appears to be a small, primary malignancy but a lab examination of the tissue wiil be necessary to determine whether or not it is malignant. I don't want to lose any lung unless it is absolutely necessary. We will know more after tomorrow.

Monday, February 27, 2006 -Saturday, March 4, 2006- Webmaster has been fighting bugs, internal and external, but he'lllll be baaaaack!!

Sunday, February 26, 2006- Razorbacks 73, Tennessee 69. What more can I say!! Look out big boys, the Hogs are prowling!

Saturday, February 25, 2006- My health is improving in slow increments, but my energy level has dwindled because of the involuntary racking of the coughing. The skysight yesterday was negative reinforcement of anger toward the entities responsible for the criss-cross pattern of chemtrails as far as the eye could see. I have read that our Government has still not adequately explained the missing trillions of dollars unaccounted for by the DOD under Rumsfield, and the billions of dollars now being wasted in Iraq. Somone is paying for the constant flow of chemicals into our atmosphere, without bothering to inform us, not to mention ASK us, if it is permissible to poison the air we must breath to stay alive.

Is this Coincidence? Or do the Dots Connect?

Connections | reality | Suspicions | Truth

My last entry was March 12. The following posts from another blog, are related to current conditions, but how are they related?

Tuesday, February 21, 2006- An image of the George Washington Bridge was inserted on the Home Page because it seems appropriate to help redirect my current feelings of animosity back to the hopes and aspirations of our Founding Fathers. I believe that the history of our country, paid for with the blood of her patriots, has not been borne in vain, and that the brave countrymen duty-bound to serve an Office now occupied by a treachery not yet exposed, will serve, instead, to overcome the evil in which that eminent Office is enveloped. I believe that the goodness that our free country represents by the very freedom of which she was born, will prevail, and that the Constitution of the United States of America will remain a symbol and an Institution which all forms of life will proudly emulate to co-exist in peace, love and harmony. I believe that we are ready. I believe that WE WILL WIN!!

Lake Pickwick, Angling, Fishing and Pickwick Pines

Fish Story | Good Fun | Sports

Pickwick Lake is on a waterway system that connects the Great Lakes to the Gulf of Mexico, by way of the TENNESSEE TOMBIGBEE WATERWAY.

Consequently, from Friday through Sunday, many reallybig pleasure boats, and barges, cruise the main channel, creating huge waves for small fishing boats.

When the wind is kicking-up whitecaps, the main channel aint nowhere to be in a small boat. Because we reside here full time, we usually restrict our fishing to weekdays.
