The group E - Departure.-
Ex works (named place...) : with this INCOTERM 2000 the seller (or exporter) deliver the goods at his premises or to another named place (i.e. factory, warehouse, etc) and position them for the buyer's (or importer) collection. The seller has no obligation to load the goods on any collecting vehicle neither to arrange contract of carriage.
However, if the parties wish the seller for be responsible for the loading of the goods on departure, this must be clear state in the contract of sale. The seller bear the risks and the cost of such loading. Hereafter the seller and buyer obligations
