A 22 year old college student has put her virginity up for auction to help pay for her college expences .... well I guess in todays day and age why not, everything else seems to be for sale including our politicians. For those of you who are about to scream "she's prostituting herself and thats illegal!" sorry - not in Nevada where this is taking place. Now hear me out before you lose your voice from screaming, if you want to pass Roe vs. Wade doesn't this law cover an individuals right to NOT have someone tell you what to do with YOUR body? If I want to auction off a kidney should'nt I have this right? I do understand the arguement that this puts people at risk who can't afford to "buy" a kidney from a "donor" so save it.

As the presidential election looms closer and the race heats up its become obvious that the vast majority of voters that do stand up to be counted are becoming more and more burned out on the so called "televised debates" that seem to "herd" us once again towards the same old stale politics by the same old stale politicains of the same old stale and burnt out partys - which by the way have become harder to tell the difference between the two anymore. We have been subjected once again to the patented and sterile questions from the mediator that is designed to bore the hell out of you and keep you from interfering with the politicians that have been choosen for you by a media that refuses to allow you to see all of the fruit on the tree. More and more the images of people who dare to stand up and question the "authorities" and "candidates" are wisked from the arena and labled "unruly" so as not to raise that red flag in peoples minds - I mean who do these rebels think they are asking anything from their elected officials let alone expecting anything from them once their in office, don't these rebels realize that this is the new world order and you will do as your told and vote for the candidates that are choosen for them?

$2.35 Million is a lot of money for a piece of cardboard with a picture on it and thats the amount that was paid for a 1909 Honus Wagner, considerd by some as the best one out of about 60 known to exist, it is in pristine condition. These cards were inserted into a pack of cigarettes at that time - not a good thing in todays world.
Honus Wagner played for the Pittsburg Pirates and was one of the first five players inducted into the hall of fame.

Going through life we meet and interact with many different types of people, whether their laid back and easy going or intensly wound up tight. Every now and then I will cross paths with "the angry man", you've seen him, always impatient, never has a nice thing to say about anything, unhappy about everything and he's always right. In line at the check out counter he bitch's about someone writing a check, at election time he bitch's about the candidates so he doesnt vote, at the restraunt he eats 3/4ths of his meal and whine's that its not the way he wanted it.

Dad I'm bored has gotten to be a familiar saying the last 4 days since my daughter has been home from school because of a teacher inservice and it being a cold spell on top of it here in the north T.V. can be boring to an active "tween". As she cruised through the cable channels she came upon the T.B. show and exclaimed WOW she has gained a "few" pounds.

The #1 Wisconsin Badgers lost a big chance to stand alone as the team to beat come tourney time with a lost to Michigan State. The badgers looked tired and listless as the Spartans battled them back and forth during the entire game and finaly taking a lead with 2 minutes left and the badgers could'nt hang with them. Not being able to sink 3 pointers and tucker not driving to the hoop and drawing the fouls kept the badgers from winning one that would have sent them to Ohio on saturday with a full head of steam. Now comes the big game must win for Wisconsin to slam the door on Ohio to be the big ten champions. It will be a great game to watch and more than likely the best of the season for fans of BIG TEN BASKETBALL.

Why is it as humans, the inteligent and ruling species on planet earth, we can't learn - expand our minds and think outside the box? As a whole we tend to follow the same paths, refuseing to take the left fork in the road, always following the herd down the right. Are we scared to try the new or are we secure with the old. Gas prices rise - we whine - but do nothing to change our habits. Politicians practise the same old stale politics and accomplish nothing, wasteing our tax dollars - passing laws but not enforcing them - listening to lobbyists and not the people - and still we do nothing. Republican - Democrat - makes no difference because there is no difference. We pit ourselves against each other instead of joining together to force a change in policy and direction. We the people had a chance in the last election to send a clear cut message to our elected "representatives" that we had had enough - and we failed by not cleaning house and getting fresh ideas and policies and direction.

Poor Britney, why won't the media quit hounding her? Has'nt she suffered enough with the constant attention? Why can't they just leave her alone so she can enjoy her celeb status and the millions she's earned? All this girl wants is to stay on top and be celabrated like a goddess, is this to much to ask from the tabliod gobbleing worshippers? Now she's been forced to party like mad and shave her head to keep from being noticed by the media. Vanderbilt slays another giant, this time it was the all powerful and cocky Florida. Florida has been flirting with disaster for the past several games and it was bound to catch up to them eventually. Dodging a near disaster against Alabama, Florida came out to play with flat feet and 22 turnovers - missed shots that they normally make and a lack luster performance by the normally self centered and cocky Joakim Noah to lose a - not even close game to a very confident and team oriented Vanderbilt.

Another hollyweird rollercoaster life ends in apperent mystery - and I use this term loosely because I'm predicting it will be a "drug interaction" 5 months after the "mysterious" death of her 22yr old son.

WOW what a saturday of basketball! With the upset win by North Carolina State over # 3 North Carolina the polls should be a rockin on monday. McCauley and Atsur brought their A game to the upset and played some of the best nitty gritty ball that we've seen all year.

The one blemish on this game was the OBVIOUSE half hearted wimpy punch that was thrown by Hansbrough of NC, don't care if it landed or not - don't care if it was a frustration punch - his ass should have been pointed to the exit sign, period."

Why is it that when someone - anyone makes a comment about blacks in America its met with a blacklash of critisizm? Don't give me the "we've suffered" reply - we've ALL suffered. Sen.Joseph Bidens remark about "clean" was obviously taken out of context,granted the better termonolgy should have been "fresh", meaning that Barack Obama was a fresh face with fresh ideas as opposed to the same old stale politics by the same old stale politicians."

WOW what a night of basketball! #2 Wisconsin drops one at Indiana,#1 Florida fiddles with disaster. Wisconsins loss at Indiana was one that should'nt have gotten away, it seemed like the only player that showed up to play was Orlando Tucker,the rest of the team just came along for the ride. The last few games have been that way for Wisconsin, it seems like their waiting for Tucker to win the game for them and it's not going to happen."

Looking to start a home based business? Try selling on ebay. Before you get bored and leave PLEASE READ ON!! With little to no start up cost and a steady build up without leaving your day job you can build a business selling on not just ebay but other online auction sites - theres PLENTY! Start with things that you have laying aroung in the attic and basement( storage) and things from freinds and family, believe me they will be happy to donate just to get rid of it! A digital camera is a must and they are inexpensive so I would advise you to buy or borrow until you can buy one. Hit the thrift shops - garage sale's - estate sales. Go to ebay and SURF AND RESEARCH!! See whats selling and whats not, get a good idea of whats on there and when you do hit the pavement you will be prepared - keep list's of products this will help ALOT when your shopping, always be cheap and do some haggling, people are willing to come down on their price's and don't forget to look in the "free" box usually at the end of the driveway. I have been doing this for a few years and believe me - you don't need some expensive HOW TO SELL ON EBAY book to learn how to do it - research will show you how - and some effort.
