8th & Ocean - Britt Over-exposed and Tracie's Washed Up

I missed 8th & Ocean last night, but I just watched it over on MTV Overdrive which is awesome. You can watch the show in its entirety with a few ad breaks, a lot less than on TV! So if you ever miss a show, you can watch it there.

Britt gets naked, almost. Britt got a really great photo shoot for an Indashio editorial. She's gorgeous! And has a really great body but the clothes was way too skimpy for her liking. It wasn't that bad - no worse than a bikini, but very provacative shots. Being the daughter of a minister probably doesn't help things.

8th & Ocean - Kelly Really IS The Evil Twin

Tonight on MTV's 8th & Ocean, Kelly finally shows how truly evil she is. She gets a phone call from the agency about a casting call, and they tell her to also tell her sister Sabrina about it. But she doesn't! And they were standing right there, next to each other.

Turns out it wasn't even the first time. Even though Kelly has been doing better than her sister when it comes to modeling, she still has to reduce herself that low. Wow.

Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise Have a Baby Girl!

Katie Holmes gave birth to her daughter today! Her daughter's name is Suri which means "princess" in Hebrew and "rose" in Persian.

The baby was 7lbs 7oz and 20 inches long.

I wonder if she had an epidural or not. A week or so ago Tom Cruise said if she wanted an epidural, she'd get it, despite his talk about not liking drugs for things like postpartum depression. He had also said she could make as much noise as she wants. So I guess that's good. The whole being "silent" while giving birth is just for the other people present, that the woman in labor can make as much noise as she wanted, but that it was just meant to be a calm and special time.

What's Paris Hilton doing in this picture? She has her hand down her bikini... is she using it as her purse? Funny picture!! It's probably old but I just found it.

Speaking of Paris Hilton, I finally saw some Simple Life shows. Is she really that dumb? I don't know if it's possible.. is Paris Hilton just acting?

I mean, Nicole Richie seems smarter than her, but not by a whole lot. They put a metal pan in the microwave. I'm not a Paris Hilton fan but that show is SO addicting trying to figure out if people can really be that stupid.

8th and Ocean - Kelly and Sabrina Sibling Rivalry

My favorite part of MTV's 8th & Ocean is probably Sabrina and Kelly. Their sibling rivalry is just so interesting to watch. Even though Kelly and Sabrina are identical, they don't look like it to me. Kelly seems more relaxed and sure of her self. She likes to gloat about gigs she's gotten and even tries to give her sister Sabrina her leftovers.

Sabrina lives in her sister's shadow. Imperfect skin and all. Even her face looks older. Sabrina deals with a lot of insecurities, even though I think she could be just as good a model as her sister Kelly.

Flavor Flav and Hoopz Don't Last

Turns out Flavor Flav and Hoopz didn't last. On the reunion show, Flavor of Love: The Reunion, they greeted each other with a very friendly kiss! But nope, three months after the show and they aren't together anymore.

They claim to still be the greatest of friends, so I guess that's good. New York was thrilled but probably disappointed that Flav didn't propose to her on the spot.

Pumkin spitting on New York was awesome, but I'm really tired of seeing their catfights. That's what the reunion was mostly about... New York trying to bitchslap Pumkin.

A Rant About What Else... Men!!

I'm so irritated. Today at work this guy who always flirts with me.. well let me back up. So this guy I've known him for probably 6 months. He's really cute, a little young because I like older guys. But we flirt all the time and we've even talked about dating but he says he doesn't want to date a co-worker.

So anyway, a month ago we got a temp in to do some work since one of the girls is out on maternity leave. She's a pretty girl so obviously he starts hitting on her, too. Whatever. They offered her a permanent job last week and she took it, so she's not a temp anymore, and then today I'm talking to her and it turns out her and this guy went out last weekend!! And it wasn't the first time.

America's Next Top Model - Say Goodbye to Kari

Tonight on America's Next Top Model, we said goodbye to Kari. I'm a little sad to see her go, I think she's one of the most beautiful girls and she had a very down to earth look. Some of the other girls this season frighten me, to be honest.

Gina freaked out this episode, it was pretty amazing. Gina is really beautiful and they've been pushing her all season it feels like, but I really think she's soon to get the boot, too.

Today I happened to be watching Showtime and left it on and this show came on, The L Word. I thought they meant Love at first and it actually was sort of interesting. Following the lives of different people.

It started out with this girl and her boyfriend and they're going to meet someone or so. Anyway, I'm not paying full attention and when I look back at it it turns out her "boyfriend" is a woman getting a sex change.

8th And Ocean and Why Watching Beautiful People is Addicting

The new show on MTV 8th & Ocean is about models, males and females. It's a reality show just following the lives of these models and it's already so addicting.

Why do we like to watch beautiful people? I guess it beats watching ugly people?

So, there's these twins on the show. Your regular blonde beautiful model twins. It's funny because they're both so different. Kelly is the outgoing, center of attention twin, and she's doing so well with her modeling career. Her sister Sabrina, though, is shyer and feels like she's in her sister's shadow all the time. I personally like her better, but it looks like she may fail to become a model if she doesn't learn to be herself.

Internet Love Doesn't Exist!

I wrote before how I was sort of dating this guy online but we never met in real life. Well, we finally met!

He's cool and all, but not the love of my life. lol. It's wierd how you think of someone you know on the internet so much differently and then you meet them and it's.. well, disappointment really.

He's still here for a few more days, I think he knows already how I feel but I'm not sure. I mean he's a good friend but just not like that. It's not because he's ugly or anything but just his mannerisms are strange, kind of irritating.

Online Love -- Does It Exist?

Do you think online love exists? By online love I mean, can you know someone only online and really love them?

Most people I know say no. But I dunno.

I've known this guy for a couple years. He lives in New Zealand and I live in the states, in Oregon to be exact. We met on IRC in a music room and got to talking about music. He actually had completely different taste than me - he likes more classic stuff like Pink Floyd and Zeppelin, I like Coldplay, Lifehouse, Fiona Apple, etc.
