Wherever you are in the world today, there are a lot of people worried about their mortgages – and there are a lot of people concerned about providing the right mortgage to the right person. Getting the wrong mortgage can get you into debt and give you a nasty shock at the end of the term. Take interest only mortgages, for example. If you don't pay interest, then you have a heck of a lot to repay at the end and you will need a way to do it. And even an ARM can cost a bomb if you don't get the right deal.

I had a friend who said that she just liked to know that her inner wear had pizzazz even if no one else could see it – it made her add an extra 'sash' to her sashay and gave a lot of confidence.
