I found a FABULOUS new blog and site that I wanted to tell you all about. The blog is called Penny Foolish and it's managed by a girl in Ohio who talks about making money, saving money and everything in between.

I'm a die-hard skeptic when it comes to getting anything for free. However when I heard about OrderCash4Free.com in a forum that I frequent, I was intrigued.

They claimed that you could make money simply for filling out surveys (right) and trying out free trials of products (sure). Still, the fact that the people making these claims were work-at-home moms and people that I trusted and looked up to made me decide to give it a try.

MTV did a terrible job of setting up the last episode of 'The Hills". In the preview, they showed Lauren listening to a message from Jason Wahler, her ex-boyfriend. So of course we all thought that the "call" would be a major part of this week's episode. Well, guess what? It's not. In fact, all they do is replay the same exact scene from the preview. Really. And it doesn't even come till the very end of the show.

I'm going to say something that I may regret later... but I think I actually like Heidi now. She is so interesting to watch. Her carefree attitude and party-loving ways infuse excitement into the show. In fact, at times, Lauren pales in comparison to Heidi.

One thing to remember about posting on these groups -- pay close attention to the rules of each group. Some only allow you to post in specific forum threads, while others only want you to post bulletins. Follow the rules or you risk being kicked out of the group.

I have a new crush.

Wasn't it just last week that I wrote a blog about being attracted to geeks? Well this guy is about the furthest thing from a geek as possible...

He's a deckhand on one of the fishing vessels owned by the company that we both work for. We've known each other (casually) for about 2 years. But on Fri./Sat. when I saw him at work... I really noticed him for the first time.

Have I ever blogged about Bradie? Or maybe it was Brodie, I can't remember...

Either way, he was a guy that I was matched up with through some online dating service a while ago. According to their advanced system... we were supposed to be a good fit. So we started emailing... exchanged photos, etc... He was 35... so, he was a good 8 years older than me and for some reason, the age difference seemed like an eternity to me. I just couldn't get over it... that and the fact that I swore that I could see some gray in his hair.
