I love beaches!

Naturally, if am not at home I can't sleep properly. Every morning around 6AM, I'm widely awake while my other companion were still snoring. What I did, I opened the curtain and watched the gentle waves of the beach and I saw a cheerful dog who kept on playing the sand while waiting for his keeper busy assembling the beach umbrellas and chairs.

We decided to visit the neighboring island (I forget the name). The weather wasn't good because it rained last night. But the boat owner said, it's just fine to cross with the said weather. As the boat moves on, the waves were getting bigger and bigger... I'm really scared because I don't know how to swim. The little girl kept on holding my hand tightly all the way and kept on asking 'Are we safe?' I told her, 'Yes, we are. It seems that we are on a hammock'.

Whew! It's been awhile since my last post... I miss blogging!:) I really wanted to post here but unfortunately I don't have plenty of time. That's the reason why I will share our one-week experience in Thailand late.

Nothing had changed since our last visit in Thailand last New Year. From the airport, we went directly to Pattaya which is a 2-hour ride from Bangkok. Pattaya resort is located on the eastern coastline of Thailand's exotic Gulf of Siam and is approximately 140 km southeast of the capital city of Bangkok and about 160 Km from Bangkok International Airport. Which four parts: Central Pattaya, North Pattaya, South Pattaya and Jomtien Beach.We decided to stay in Jomtien because it's a secluded area.

7 dont's after a meal

1. Don't smoke- Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher).

2. Don't eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hourr after meal or one hour before meal.

Its been few days since I feel my legs were aching and bluish cords came into surface... I went to a pharmacy and ask for any medicine. The duty pharmacist was very pleasant and recommended Hirudoid Gel. I applied it to my legs for several times everyday and it feels better.

My friend sent to me her e-book entitled The Notebook by Nicholas Sparks. When I read the first few pages, the book is really fantastic. So, I am tempted to print the whole e-book so that I can read it comfortably wherever I am and what ever my position.:)

Monthly period sometimes make me say "I wish I'm a man". Since I'm 14 until at present, I've been experiencing dysmenorrhea and irregularities in monthly period. Sometimes it comes after 2-3 months.
