There is a loud knock on the door. Mystra opens it and two men dressed in suits, politely nod at she and Shabba who leads the way to the kitchen. Once the tour of the kitchen was over, the men linger while Mystra dismisses Shabba, also giving her a hug and a kiss. There is another knock at the door. A group of “Suits� enters. Twenty of them. Wheeling a number of large road cases through the doors. Within seconds of their arrival, the first two of the Suits, who were lingering, wheel one of the road cases into the kitchen. Then the other Suits split into teams, some are vacuuming the floors and walls, some are running cables and setting up sophisticated electronic and communication equipment, while others are dismantling Door One0Six’ electrical, environmental and communication systems.

“Still no word yet?� Mystra asks Buddy. There are tears streaming down his face. “Oh, Buddy, Buddy, I am so sorry for you, you are really taking this very hard, aren’t you.� Mystra says as she cradles him in her arms to console him. Buddy’s lover of only six weeks, Larry, went to Louisiana for his mother’s funeral the Friday before Katrina and was due to return the Monday after, six months later he still has not heard from Larry. Buddy has been coming to work everyday since then with a very heavy heart. With his patrons, he is cheery and always smiling, and quite attentive to their every wish. But on his breaks he is a total mess.

Canada is just one medal short of their expected 25. Our Hockey team just couldn’t get it together. Much alike the American team they both forgot their skates here in North America and took their Basketball shoes instead.

Backs straight, heads up and give us that million dollar smile that customers want to see after a hard day at the office.� Her daily mantra was always delivered as a suggestion, but with a strong tinge of authority.
