However, there is no interest fees that are for a Government grant, but no fees to aplly for a bank loan.
What would you go for, a Government grant or a bank loan?And why?

Protein and fish oil are one of the best things to have for muscle recovery and also growth. Fish oil will help recover your muscle joints and will make them stronger and more resistant. For protein, try to use "Whey" protein, or blend together one Red Bull with a raw egg.

This year I have to start saving some money and stop eating out as much. I go out to eat alot with my girlfriend, maybe like 2-3 a week, and just any restaurant. We are talking about $20 a plate in average each, then you have the wine and stuff.
Anyway I told her that we save up some money and start eating more home and try to cook.
