Black.White Reality TV Series

This is more than just a reality show, and promises to be an eye opener on racial challenges and issues still present in the country. Bias and predjudice are alive and well! A lot of thought has gone into the planning of the series, and it can only get better and more revealing if it's picked up for next season.

The argument still persists that this country is color blind. However, if you have the stomach for the truth: this look at life for African American's and race relations will be quite revealing. Beneath the surface are the core challenges that the white family from Santa Montica will have to face in assuming the role of a Black Family. And even from this caring and brave family--the racial stereotypes of what it means to live black are going to have to fall by the wayside.

My observations are that the black family turned white--is making a better adjustment in a world where the environment is predominantly white. There is a natural tendency not to rush to judgement on their roles, and how they should fit into white culture.

Perhaps it's just the stereotypical views of both sides being played out. In any event, this should open the eyes of the "many" who sleep.
