Big Martha Has Passed Away

Martha Stewart's mom, Martha Kostyra -- or Big Martha-- died yesterday. She was 93 years old. RIP Big Martha.

The picture is a wire image of Martha and Big Martha on the Larry King Show back in '03.

They appeared on tv together numerous times, sharing recipies and tips. I'll miss seeing someone correct Martha Stewart *grin*. We're always kids in our parents' eyes, huh?

My condolences to the Stewart family. This is an especially hard time of year to lose a parent.
