Beware of oddbanana

Hello people! Here I am to tell all of you to watch out for this ebayer-oddbanana. Also an online store for movies, books and music. Well these people do not care about thier customers AT ALL. I made the mistake of ordering before I looked at thier feedback. I figured that they had sold so many items that they wouldn't be a screw up company. Surprise Surprise. I, along with many many others have experienced this company to not send the item, and not return money.
Well I will warn you all is this happens you should IMMEDIATELY file dispute. Because if you wait to long then you will be SOL.
ODDBANANA sold me a dvd set over ebay for a mere $21.00. and I never recieved it. There was no return emails for the questioning where my item was.
It was 45 days later that paypal refused to let me file a dispute and then ebay refused as the payment was too little. Like it matters-I am being ripped off here. So after talking with this ebayer (who is impossible to get ahold of or any responses without threats) he claimed this was all my fault. I then threatened to go further with the matter and they then said that they had refunded my money.
My money was never refunded and I never got my item.
I was taken advantage of am not liking it.
So to any online buyers-here is my warning.
BEWARE OF ODDBANANA-THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. NO ITEM RECIEVED AND NO REFUND GIVEN. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
They just keep your money and give nothing for it. I hope this person feels remorse now-it's gone way too far.
In these blogs I am speaking for everyone ripped off.
Nobody takes advantage of Laura.

I'm glad you posted this. Good for you!
And thank you. I'll be sure and watch out for oddbanana. They won't be getting any of my money.
If you paid via credit card
If you paid via credit card or bank account (likely if it was paypal) then file a dispute with them. They will be more likely to take it seriously.

Thank you so much for your reply. Actually it was paypal that I had used through my bank account to pay for this item. So my initial step was to contact paypal. The unfortunate thing is that yoiu only have 45 days to file a dispute. I was trying to be patient with the ebayer...and I guess I could call it a mistake. (that I have learned from)-I called on the 45th day and they refused me. That was when I made the steps to file with ebay (they also refused a dispute because the amount was too low).
I was wondering if you might have any other information as to how to proceed?
Your response is appreciated.

Beyond that, all I can say is get pushy. Not upset, mind you. Just tell them what you want done, and that they will do it.
