BBCA is about to unleash a lot of sci-fi shows, including Hex!
There is absolutely nothing on today, so I turned on the "Best of the BBCA" which happens to be Drama and happens to be Footballers' Wives -- which is a pretty good show, in fact -- and they've been advertising a slew of sci-fi shows during it, including Dr. Who, Hex, and a new series called The Eleventh Hour, with Patrick Stewart of Star Trek fame.
11th Hour starts tomorrow at 8:00 PM, CST -- opposite Heroes, which -- unless something actually happens sometime soon -- is about to start losing viewers if they don't get off the pot. TNT's uber-popular The Closer is back tomorrow with a 2-hour premiere and it's the last new episode of Heroes until the new year, and with this series from BBCA, Heroes could quickly find itself in a losing slot if they don't up the ante before long.
Dr. Who and Hex are airing back-to-back on Saturday nights, also starting at 8:00 CST (but flip over at 7:00; BBCA's schedule is notorious for differing from all the guides). The new season won't be shown here until next summer and I don't know what order they're in on Saturday nights -- today's the first I've heard about it -- but you can surf through both Rundowns for more, as I covered Hex thoroughly over the summer and the website will have a whole page devoted to it at some point.
According to Mayren, this is the same Dr. Who series that Sci-Fi is showing right now on Friday nights, but since it just started airing a few weeks ago, it's basically the whole season being rerun.
Check their website for actual scheduling and your local cable/satellite provider for the channel.
