Back to School Party, with old games

Today was a good day for me. I had plenty of fun. Today my family gave a back to school party. it was children from elementary school to highschool. I think the kids enjoyed themselves because I sureley did..

With school only about a week or so away we ,my family and I, to give the kids of the neighborhood a back to school party. We bar-b-qued, and fed them greens, mac n chees, potatoe salad, dressing, and cornbread. I know they went home full of food and probably tired.

They were tired because we made sure to have plenty of music playing. Each song played was a song that they could dance to. so they were some dancing machines. We played tv tag, which if you're from the old school you know what that games was about. Now days kids don't play games no more, to busy being fast. The game where it's like tag, but it has the twist of if you're about to get tag you can stopp down and touch the ground and name a television show and be friee from being takked for a little bit. We also played the all time favorite game of kick ball with the kids. I was the referree and the game was so fun. It went smooth although one team won 10 to zero. it was a great thing for the kids.

At the end we gave all the kids school supplies. The kids appreciated it and I'm sure the parents did to. we gave the highschool kids four folders, filled with paper, some pens and pencils and notebooks, and we gave elementary kids, crayons, and glue you know cause they got art. all in all they got the supplies they needed to start school back. It was nice and the kids had fun. So to day was a good day.
