Attention writers! Want to earn money?

Hey fellow writers. I just came across a good website for marketing your articles. It costs nothing to join and you can submit articles for people to buy. There is also a list of articles people want. Go here: http://www.constant-content.com/?aref=3772 and become an author. You get to set your own prices too! I've just joined so we'll see how it goes. Doesn't cost anything so might as well try it out! I think it's a good idea personally. Definitely beats trapesing through endless crappy job boards! Especially when most of the advertised jobs either don't pay enough, don't pay at all or are for some bogus cause. I suspect some writers advertise for other writers to do their jobs at a cheap rate. Tricky business this freelance writing. Hopefully this site will help us all! :)

Writing and making money

If you're talking about the job boards where people post ads for opportunities to write quality original 500 word articles for $1 an article, I think we've been looking at the same job boards. Anyway, what I wanted to say is be careful with sites like this. If membership is completely free, then keep us posted on how it goes. I've seen similar sites where you have to pay to sign up or where you can join for free, but after seven days you have to pay a monthly fee. Those have scam written all over them.

Yup, same job boards!!

Yeah that's the job boards I've been talking about. Rip off doesn't seem to sum it up really does it? I'm checking this other site out. I've scam-alyzed it and it seems clear. Free. Will post on how it goes. Thanks for the comment.

Very careful, about a month

Very careful, about a month ago I did some work for someone asking for content writing (SEO) and was a bit pushy. They couldn't view my documents since they didn't have the same programs so i had to copy and paste. Anyways I did all this he told me he got it and was gone. Never to be heard from again. I've emailed 2-3 more times since then asking for payment but nothing. Makes it hard to trust on those next assignments.

always gonna be a problem

That's a shame. That is what makes it hard being a freelance writer via the web. Unfortunately, you can never really get a guarantee doing this stuff. I think the only satisfaction you can get out of a situation like that is to plaster the guy's name everywhere telling folks not to do anything for him.
