Are PLDT Committing Fraud

Just 3 days after PLDT reported that we would have to suffer the little or no internet for another month after we have already had little or no internet for one month already, that’s 2 months we will be with poor internet. They send me a bill even after I had phoned them many times in the last month and being assured they would adjust the bill because of the lack of internet, Did they adjust it did they hell did I expect them to no of cause I did not in my short time living in The Philippines I have already realised that PLDT are one of the most rip off and un-caring companies I have ever come across, and I have travelled to many countries and I can say PLDT are the worst.
Will I pay it will I hell you may say but they will take you to court I say try it I will get them laughed out of court with a big bill for the costs.
I phoned customer services and got the no help apart from we will submit a report so I said so I can expect a new revised bill sent out they told me no we can’t do that we will adjust it next month. So I replied the same as you did this month LOL.
Sorry it don’t work like that would any of you give me money this month for something I have not provided and trust me to pay you back next month.
Do they think they are above the law charging for something and not providing it is just that it is fraud.
I urge you all if they bill you and you have had little or no internet for the last month don’t pay it don’t worry about them taking action what grounds do they have they are under contract to provide you with internet they are failing to do that it should be us the customers taking them to court. They can’t take us all on if we stick together we are bigger than them.
Email write and phone the NTC they have asked internet users to.
