Anyone Else Sick of Construction?

I live in AZ and the contruction here is horrible. Every street is under construction. You can't go around it no matter how hard you try. It;s been like this for as long as I can remember. I'm sure it's a speed trap for the police department cause if you get caught speeding thru it then you get double the fine. Why not just double it to begin with cause there's no where here that isn't under construction. I HATE it. I want to move out of AZ just ti get away from it and drive under what should be normal circumstances!
