Bob, whoever made that transaction needs to call Western Union NOW and pray it is not too late already. The number is 1-800-325-6000. You will need to have the MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) and the information on who you sent the money to. I hope you can reverse this over the phone. You might be required to complete something in writing and it could take up to three weeks IF it is possible to reverse it. Good luck.
To everyone else, BEWARE....there are scammers online all the time at sites and through email. Please do not send money to anyone who solicits from you and you do not know them no mattery who they say they are or what charity they represent.
If you wish to donate to someone give to your local orphanage, food bank/soup kitchen or homeless shelter.
