American Idol is tonight... and from what I've heard... it's 50's night. Greeeat, should I expect to see poodle skirts? As long as Chicken Little isn't wearing one, I guess it's ok...

So here's the latest Idol Gossip:

Taylor Hicks
Will he or won't he dye his hair? That seems to be the question these days. I hear there's even a petition going around for him NOT to dye his hair. Personally, I like his hair the way it is. MY Taylor Hicks question is, Does he have Tourrette's or is he really just that jittery? AND.... does anyone else get a little excited when he does his "Whoo!" thing and throws his head to the side? *sigh*

Kellie Pickler
A website popped up claiming that Kellie is not as nice in real life as she tries to come across on TV. Now first of all, we all know the dumb blonde act is really just that... an act. Look at Jessica Simpson! Nobody plays a dumb blonde without knowing exactly what they want to get from it... I mean, I'd gladly go blonde and do the whole act if I thought it would make me rich. (And please don't think that I think blondes are dumb... some of the smartest people I know are blondes!) Second, nobody's perfect! Yes people, sometimes even the nice, quiet girls can be mean...get over it. She can sing and she obviously deserves to be there.

Katharine McPhee
Is she or isn't she? Pregnant, that is. These rumors started way back... and it didn't help matters when she chose to wear that loose-fitting dress last Tuesday. Still, she seems incredibly focused to me and I doubt that she really is -- pregnant. My guess is she's probably taking advantage of the publicity... smart girl. :)

Paris Bennett
Is she just a Fantasia wanna-be? Maybe... she says that's just the way she is. But a lot of her mannerisms are the same as Fantasia's...down to the "Bobo", the little dance Fantasia used to do And is it just me or is her confidence starting to come across as cockiness?

Kevin Covais
First he's a sex symbol and now a ....... heartbreaker? Apparently so. His ex-girlfriend (how old is she? 12?) came out and said that Kevin dumped her after receiving his golden ticket to Hollywood. But she says they're still best friends and talk everyday. Awwww... I know! Let's help these kids out and give them a chance to rekindle the flame.... SEND HIM HOME! PLEASE!!!
