Already a need to "clarify?"

"Fair" is a word used a lot these days by we who want to convince you we are a good source for news information. Well,,,,

I was NOT fair in my first post here. When I mentioned KPQ has many hours of talk radio through the day,,,, THAT was true and fair. But when I said they are hosted by Republican conservatives. Not fair. NEARLY all those hours are but there are a couple each day which are non biased,,, non partisan,,, and terrific. After the Dr. Dean show at 1PM you will hear shows at 2PM and often at 3PM which cover the entire "library of the mind" from book reviews and author interviews to talk with a forensic pathologist or a fellow who calls himself "Father CHristmas" and tells stories each adult in the country would enjoy.

My colleagues at KPQ deserve for the record to be set straight.

To move on,,, The Democrats in the House of Representatives certainly dleivered on their promised legislation in their "First 100 Hours" didn't they!

In the first 100 hours of being in session, they introduced and passed on to the Senate, the recommendations of the 911 Commission, a new minimum wage law, authorization for Medicare to negotiate with the drug companies for lower rpices for medication and much more.

I give them a strong "A" on that delivery on the promise. What do you think?
