In the last six months I have had more pizza than in the previous six years and I'm starting to get tired of it. The reason is because when I move, there's usually a week either side when my normal healthy eating diet goes to pot.
But this time the move has lasted a few months and we're still waiting for a cooking hob to arrive. So when we get tired of microwaving, we go out to the pizza place or fast food joint, both of which are 10 minutes away.
Maybe it's time to try some Hoodia. I've heard it works wonders. Diet pills seem like an easy way to shed the first few pounds. Of course, I know exercise is better, but we all need a little help sometimes.
