All Pizzad Out

In the last six months I have had more pizza than in the previous six years and I'm starting to get tired of it. The reason is because when I move, there's usually a week either side when my normal healthy eating diet goes to pot.

But this time the move has lasted a few months and we're still waiting for a cooking hob to arrive. So when we get tired of microwaving, we go out to the pizza place or fast food joint, both of which are 10 minutes away.

Maybe it's time to try some Hoodia. I've heard it works wonders. Diet pills seem like an easy way to shed the first few pounds. Of course, I know exercise is better, but we all need a little help sometimes.

Too much pizza

I know the feeling. Actually whenever I have family in town for a few days we eat out every meal, and I tend to feel bloated from so much restaurant food (of course, I'm usually ordering tasty comfort-type food, not necessarily the stuff that's healthiest). Going for a walk can help you feel better, even if you don't have time for a set exercise routine. Helps clear the mind too, I find!

Getting rid of the bloat

Clearing the mind is a good idea, Cattywampus, as well as the obvious benefits of the exercise. I keep intending to walk more, but the reality is that I often end up sitting at my desk writing instead.

Writers block??

I am confused right now. I know why, I was getting on here to learn how to blog. I am not sure that I have figured any of this out yet. But, apparently, blogging is the next best thing coming along. Maybe one day I will catch on an figure out what is really happening.
