Another day, another blog entry. I question myself: 'will this lead to abundance?' The resounding answer, nearly immediately, is NO! Yet I continue to believe that indeed I will reap a bit of financial reward for these entries. I am a bit concerned that when I peruse the blog accounts of others, they imply that their earnings are less than, er...expected.
Then I shift into my more esoteric mind, and realize/remember that abundance comes in many forms. As Joseph Campbell popularized several decades ago--"follow your bliss." Many picked up on this and added that if you do so, fortune and abundance will follow.
I do at this point in my life and career believe that wealth and abundance are directly connected to not being fettered by mis-managed stress and not being happy. Am I successful if I enjoy writing, so I write? Even if the pay is, er...crap? I believe the answer is yes. And, if I enjoy it, and keep on doing it, and others find value in it, then value of some form will come my way.
Then I remember that even Hercules was only a hero, doing what he did best, on a part-time basis. His full-time job was shoveling manure for the royalty.
