About Google AdSense

What is Google AdSense?

As stated on Google's Adsense page (www.google.com/adsense), "Google AdSense is a fast and easy way for website publishers of all sizes to display relevant Google ads on their website's content pages and earn money."

They are the ads displayed on this site, as well as probably many sites you've visisted before. Through Google's AdWords program, businesses of all sizes pay for advertising, and through AdSense, their advertisements are displayed. Each time one of the ads is clicked on, the person displaying the ads through AdSense gets paid and the person who put up the ad through AdWords is paying for it. How much varies - it could be a few cents for a click or it could be a few dollars.

You will be paid by Google, through your AdSense account.

If you don't have an AdSense account yet, follow these steps:
  • Sign up for an AdSense account. Click on the link below.
  • When it asks for your Website URL, put in this website. www.bloggerparty.com
  • It can take a while to get accepted. Once you do, login to your AdSense account and click on "My Account".
  • Scroll down to the bottom and find where it says "AdSense for Content: ca-pub-2044300566911126", but it will have different numbers for you. Just copy this part of it: pub-2044300566911126.
  • Come back to www.bloggerparty.com and click on "My Account", then under the tab labeled "Google AdSense". Put in the part you copied.
  • That's it!
Can I use the same Publisher ID here that I use elsewhere?

You can use the same Publisher ID (you can only have one AdSense account according to their Terms) on as many sites as you want to, as long as they do not break their Terms of Service.
