Saki 'Nakky' Nakajima of °C-ute is No. 1 on at least one blogger's poll.

YO's rating: C- | Though I can see where Ablestmage is coming from, he needs to be aware that the blog he quotes on the C-ute rankings was a tiny part of the exhaustive poll by Hello!Blog which should be consulted. As for Able's own ratings, I like Saki getting the top spot, but Hagiwara is underrated. The comments are also detailed and interesting, and it is cool that another independent poll is out there!
