A Rant About What Else... Men!!

I'm so irritated. Today at work this guy who always flirts with me.. well let me back up. So this guy I've known him for probably 6 months. He's really cute, a little young because I like older guys. But we flirt all the time and we've even talked about dating but he says he doesn't want to date a co-worker.

So anyway, a month ago we got a temp in to do some work since one of the girls is out on maternity leave. She's a pretty girl so obviously he starts hitting on her, too. Whatever. They offered her a permanent job last week and she took it, so she's not a temp anymore, and then today I'm talking to her and it turns out her and this guy went out last weekend!! And it wasn't the first time.

Why be a jerk about it? I mean he could have just been honest... blah! I'm so tired of love.

But you know, I have used the "I don't date co-workers" line to blow someone off too. I guess sometimes it's just hard to be honest.... :(

Thanks.. I know! I don't even really want to date him lol, just pissed me off because he was the one who was told me he'd love to date me but he doesn't want to date a co-worker.. why even say that! Argh.

No, my "someone better" hasn't come along yet. :( But I have to believe he will!

I think I should tell you... I have a rule against dating guys who blog on the same sites as I do. I've found it only causes problems... ;-)

Dating co-workers...

First of all, it's his loss. ;) I'm not going into dating strategies, but I've dated a co-worker in the past. The relationship went sour, but I didn't want to break up with him because I would still have to work work with him. Besides, we had mutual friends at work, which complicated things even more. He finally quit, and we eventually broke up after that.

I suppose what I'm saying is, perhaps it's better thus way. (I hope I'm not sounding too preachy, but I've been there before.)

heha thanks everyone! I'm over it.. they are the ones who are going to have to deal with it when they break up!

cashads why do you want people to rate you so bad? lol.. I just don't think most girls really rate guys like that
