My favorite part of MTV's 8th & Ocean is probably Sabrina and Kelly. Their sibling rivalry is just so interesting to watch. Even though Kelly and Sabrina are identical, they don't look like it to me. Kelly seems more relaxed and sure of her self. She likes to gloat about gigs she's gotten and even tries to give her sister Sabrina her leftovers.

Sabrina lives in her sister's shadow. Imperfect skin and all. Even her face looks older. Sabrina deals with a lot of insecurities, even though I think she could be just as good a model as her sister Kelly.

It seems like Sabrina really holds onto the whole twin thing. She calls her sister her best friend, her partner, and anytime she does the sidelong looks Kelly gives people makes me think Kelly doesn't feel the same way.

Is Kelly really the evil twin? It seems to me she doesn't WANT her sister Sabrina to succeed at all.

Anyway, in the last episode Kelly went to see a plastic surgeon to discuss getting her breasts augmented. She only wants to be a normal size "B", so I guess that's good. It really upset Sabrina - she feels like it's going to make them grow apart. It's going to take Kelly to another level and leave Sabrina behind. Sabrina even mentioned something about her getting it done, too, and Kelly quickly shot the idea down.

A few episodes ago Irene had mentioned the twins splitting up to pursue seperate modeling careers. I'd be very interested in something like that happening because I think Sabrina NEEDS to get out of her sister's shadow and go out on her own. She keeps comparing herself to her sister, and Kelly is right about one thing, "We're not the same."
