5 things not to eat for your Weight Loss Diet

1. Fried Foods

Deep fried foods are bad for you and for you weight loss goals.

2. Huge Burgers

Burgers these days are getting bigger and bigger. These burgers will give you more Calories more then you can ever think. It will equal up to 3-4 meals calorie wise. The best burger to have is plain or with must or pickles or both. That will save you eating lots of calories

3. The bad Appetisers

Before a meal, I say no appetisers.

4. Cakes and Cookies that are filled with calories

These will mess up your weight loss diet. Treat yourself once or twice a year, NOT most of the year.

5. Deceiving diet drinks

So how can a cup of coffee be filled with 500 – 600 calories? It could be the chocolate or cream that is added.

Try to avoid that. Order regular size coffee with 1% milk.

Diet Coke is good as well.

There is more things to avoid, more then you can imagine. Just watch what you eat if you really want to be on a weight loss diet.
